NOPAN JAPAN is a web magazine published by design studio in Japan called KOTENHITS! You can view their second issue now on their site that features beautiful work by photographer Mamoru Horiguchi.

oh, and just a little note, “nopan” is a short term for “no pants” in Japanese.
